About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Ensure that the designs adhere to the brand guidelines
2. Avoid causing any delays in the creative process (the completion of the design is necessary before we can upload the end product)
3. Create design templates for future work and optimize the design workflow to enhance productivity and output
4. Make the posts as engaging as possible by selecting the best illustrations that complement the content's meaning
5. Cross-check the content and communicate any necessary updates to the content writer
6. Assist in designing client/company materials, including shareable PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, documents, and video editing
7. Collaborate effectively with the team and strive to meet the daily and weekly requirements set by the account manager
8. Design company briefs/manuals, social media posts, and presentations
9. Work on additional responsibilities based on business requirements
10. Be systematic and ensure the creative process flows smoothly
11. Assist the content writer with adding illustrations and graphics to their content using Canva that will bring out the right emotions associated with what they are trying to express
12. Document your daily progress by the end of each day
Requirements: The tools you will be using to work are Canva, Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Drive, Notion, and Discord
