About the Internship
As a Content Creator Intern, you will play a key role in conceptualising, shooting, and editing engaging video content that reflects UrgentLee’s brand voice and connects emotionally with our audience — from urban women customers to skilled women tailors. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, engagement, and digital media.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Content Creation & Video Production:
1. Shoot short-form (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form (interviews, stories, tutorials) video content.
2. Capture behind-the-scenes moments from tailoring sessions, training workshops, and customer experiences.
3. Work closely with the UrgentLee team to script, storyboard, and plan shoots.
4. Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to maintain brand quality.
5. Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
B. Creative Direction:
1. Ideate and pitch new video concepts aligned with our campaigns — Training Journeys, Behind the scenes, empowerment stories, etc.
2. Stay updated with social media trends, sounds, hashtags, and storytelling styles to keep our content fresh and relatable.
3. Ensure that all visuals and tones align with UrgentLee’s brand identity — modern, professional, yet heartfelt.
C. Brand Storytelling & Engagement:
1. Create human-centric stories showcasing the journey of women tailors associated with UrgentLee.
2. Conduct short interviews and video testimonials with customers and tailors.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional videos for campaigns, events, and launch announcements
D. Social Media & coordination:
1. Assist in managing UrgentLee’s social media pages (posting, tagging, caption writing).
2. Coordinate with the marketing team to schedule regular uploads and ensure consistent engagement.
3. Analyze content performance (reach, engagement, watch time) and share insights for improvement.
