About the Internship
Remote - 10 hours per weekMinimum commitment: 2 months

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work directly with the founder to turn ideas into thoughtful projects
2. Assist with evidence-based content creation, writing, and research
3. Assist with developing content for newsletters, social media, educational posts, and upcoming workshop material
4. Draft clear, evidence-informed pieces aligned with Aira Psychology’s tone and mission
5. Support with editing, formatting, and preparing content
6. Proofread already established content
7. Conduct light literature searches on topics such as well-being, cultural psychology, stress, or workplace mental health
8. Bring your voice into reflective conversations, planning meetings, and creative discussions
