About the Internship

• Content Discovery: Find and identify trending, relevant, and high-performing Instagram content aligned with the page’s niche or theme.
• Organization & Curation: Segment discovered content into organized folders or boards by topic, format, or style for easy posting.
• Content Scheduling & Reposting: Repost and schedule curated content consistently using social media scheduling tools.
• Engagement & Growth: Support audience interaction through meaningful engagement (likes, comments, replies) and suggest strategies to drive follower growth.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct weekly reviews of key metrics such as reach, engagement, saves, and follower growth using Instagram Insights.
• Content Planning Support: Assist in creating a simple weekly content plan based on insights and trending themes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Familiarity with Instagram features, updates, and trends.
• Good sense of visual style, attention to detail, and audience understanding.
• Basic data interpretation skills (comfortable reviewing engagement or follower metrics).
• Reliable, proactive, and organized approach to managing weekly tasks.
