About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Content creation & editing:
1. Produce 3–4 engaging Instagram Reels weekly, TikTok-style shorts, and other social media content that effectively showcase NIDAL’s learning platform, unique courses, and interactive features.
2. Edit videos with captions, transitions, sound effects, AI-generated visuals, and other enhancements to make content highly shareable and visually appealing.
B. Trend monitoring & ideation:
1. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, viral challenges, and content formats to ensure NIDAL’s content is relevant, timely, and engaging.
2. Brainstorm creative campaigns and viral hooks with the founder and marketing team to increase app downloads and user engagement.
C. Marketing & growth focus:
1. Understand digital marketing principles and apply them to social campaigns to attract new users and retain existing ones.
2. Design and implement strategies to increase organic reach, boost app downloads, and drive customer acquisition.
D. Audience engagement & community building:
1. Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and feedback to build a loyal NIDAL community.
2. Monitor performance metrics (views, clicks, conversions) and optimize content based on data-driven insights.
E. AI & tool utilization:
1. Leverage AI tools for content creation, graphic design, video editing, and copywriting to produce high-quality, trend-forward visuals quickly.
2. Use analytics and scheduling tools to plan content releases efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
F. Collaboration & reporting:
1. Work closely with the founder and creative team to align content with NIDAL’s brand vision and growth objectives.
2. Provide weekly reports on content performance, trends, and growth opportunities to continuously improve social strategy.
