About the Internship
Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:
Design and produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets including static graphics, carousels, infographics, GIFs, and short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various social media platforms.
Write clear, compelling, and engaging copy for all social media posts, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
Social Media Management:
Manage the day-to-day operations of our company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure a consistent and relevant stream of new content.
Schedule and publish posts across all platforms using social media management tools.
Community Engagement:
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
Engage with our audience in a timely and professional manner to build a strong online community.
Strategy & Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and new platform features.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and company goals.
Occasionally track and report on social media performance to identify what content is resonating with our audience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Graphic Designer, or a similar role.
A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work in graphic design and video creation is mandatory.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva.
Solid experience with video editing for social media (e.g., creating Reels, Shorts).
Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Deep understanding of the different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their specific content requirements.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
