About the Internship
Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:* Develop and execute Instagram growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach
* Plan, create, and schedule high-quality posts, Reels, and Stories aligned with brand voice and current trends
* Conduct hashtag and competitor research to optimize content visibility and discoverability
* Monitor account performance using Instagram Insights and analytics tools, and report on key metrics (growth, engagement, reach, conversions)
* Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the community to build a loyal following
* Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
* Identify opportunities for collaborations, shoutouts, giveaways, or influencer partnerships to expand reach
* Stay up to date with Instagram algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging trends
* Test and refine content strategies based on performance data and audience feedback
* Ensure consistent posting schedule and content quality, including weekends or peak hours (as needed)
