About the Internship
We're building a personal brand and community around financial independence, professional resilience, and personal growth. This is a high-impact internship where you'll own the social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. You won't just post content, you'll research, strategize, create, edit, and analyze what resonates with our audience.Key Responsibilities:
1. Brainstorm and create 3–4 posts per week across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
2. Develop original post ideas based on trending topics, audience insights, and brand messaging.
3. Write compelling hooks, captions, and CTAs that drive engagement.
4. Create content pillars and maintain a content calendar (weekly & monthly planning).
5. Collaborate with the founder to understand brand voice and refine it.
6. Edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (15–60 seconds).
7. Add captions, music, transitions, and visual effects to increase engagement.
8. Create carousel posts, infographics, and visual storytelling content.
9. Source and organize stock footage, music, and graphics.
10. Maintain brand consistency in video style and quality.
11. Monitor trending topics, hashtags, and conversations in finance, career, and startup niches.
12. Track industry news relevant to personal branding, job markets, and finances.
13. Identify top-performing content and replicate successful formats.
