About the Internship
We are a mission-driven platform focused on supporting families of children with disabilities. Our goal is to create accessible, educational content that empowers parents and caregivers. Our founders are either disabled themselves or closely connected to the disability community, and that lived experience shapes everything we do.We’re looking for a creative, compassionate, and self-motivated intern to help us build a meaningful social media presence. You’ll be helping us raise awareness, share information, and connect with parents of children with developmental disabilities.
Selected interns' day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and edit Instagram reels, stories, and short videos around disability awareness, therapy, parenting, and inclusion.
2. Design engaging static posts and write impactful, empathetic captions.
3. Research trends and generate fresh, informative content ideas tailored to our audience.
4. Schedule posts and assist in basic content performance tracking.
5. Help make complex ideas accessible to a wide audience.
