About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Organize and maintain databases of facilitators, experts, participants, caregivers, and doctors;
2. Design, maintain, and regularly update monthly calendars and schedules of sessions;
3. Coordinate and follow up with experts, therapists, and facilitators regarding upcoming sessions;
4. Track attendance and feedback from sessions, and maintain records;
5. Assist in preparing summary reports and trackers for internal use; and
6. Collate all session materials, presentations, photos, videos, etc.
7. Draft and post regular updates on Movement Mantra’s social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), highlighting sessions, testimonials, and key moments;
8. Collate photos, quotes, and short write-ups to create meaningful content that reflects the impact and journey of the programs.
9. Ensure all content is accurate, respectful, and aligned with Movement Mantra’s values; and
10. Coordinate with the team to source and verify content from sessions.
