About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Developing and executing content strategies aligned with brand goals, campaigns, events, and retreats.
2. Planning, scripting, designing, and publishing engaging content (reels, posts, carousels, YouTube videos, shorts, etc.)
3. Managing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
4. Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and DMs with professionalism and empathy.
5. Building rapport with followers and nurturing a vibrant online community.
6. Designing, executing, and tracking ad campaigns with clear and measurable KPIs.
7. Collaborating with internal teams to create promotions for events, workshops, and retreats.
8. Ensuring consistent brand voice, tone, and visuals across all platforms.
9. Preparing and analyzing monthly reports to measure performance and recommend optimizations.
10. Working with internal teams for photography, video shoots, and event coverage.
11. Conducting corporate brand research to explore collaborations and partnership opportunities.
