About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in brainstorming and developing social media strategies to support brand and marketing objectives.
2. Help in planning and scheduling content for upcoming campaigns across relevant platforms.
3. Support the creation of engaging, on-brand content such as captions, stories, reels, and basic graphics or video clips.
4. Help manage the content calendar by scheduling posts and monitoring their performance.
5. Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions.
6. Engage with the audience by responding to basic inquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
7. Assist in tracking and reporting key social media metrics.
8. Use tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, or similar platforms to gather basic data and trends.
9. Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
10. Support outreach efforts with influencers or partners for content collaborations.
11. Stay updated on trending content, platform updates, and competitor activity.
12. Provide assistance with social media ad campaigns, including helping with creative ideas, audience research, and basic reporting.
