About the Internship
What we are looking for:Recent communication design graduates (having 0-2 years of work experience):
1. With a strong motivation to contribute and advance within the organisation.
2. Who are capable of innovative thinking and generating ideas independently, without reliance on artificial intelligence tools.
3. Who demonstrate a genuine sense of belonging to the company.
4. Who consistently meet established deadlines.
5. Who possess expertise in communication design.
6. Who are knowledgeable about branding and capable of assisting in brand development.
7. Who exhibit exceptional aesthetic sensibilities.
8. With an understanding of typography, colour theory and layout & research
9. With an understanding of branding, web and print design, and social media management
10. Who are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Adobe Suite)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop compelling visual content for our social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
2. Create visually stunning graphics and videos that align with our brand identity and messaging.
3. Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns to promote our products and services.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for content creation.
5. Conduct market research and analyse trends to optimise content strategies for maximum impact.
6. Manage and maintain our social media accounts by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
7. Assist in monitoring and reporting on social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
