About the Internship
We are looking for a hands-on and self-driven Machine Learning Intern to join our research team. If you have strong coding skills in Python, are comfortable working with PyTorch and Hugging Face libraries, and have a good understanding of Vision Transformer (ViT), VLMs, and LLMs architectures, this role is for you.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Implement and fine-tune Transformers and related architectures using PyTorch.
2. Develop training pipelines using Hugging Face models and datasets for vision-language tasks.
3. Optimize model performance, experiment with Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) routing strategies, and handle large-scale model configurations.
4. Collaborate with team members to design and execute experiments, ablation studies, and benchmarking tasks.
5. Analyze experimental results, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements for model efficiency and scalability.
6. Maintain clean, modular codebases and contribute to research prototypes that may lead to publications.
7. Keep up with recent papers and advancements in multimodal learning.
