About the Internship
We are a fast-growing, healthy snacking brand, and we’re looking to integrate smart, AI-driven solutions into how we run our business. This role is ideal for a computer science student or recent graduate who’s curious about real-world applications of AI and automation in a startup setting. You’ll get to explore, test, and help implement tools that can make our customer support, backend operations, and marketing more efficient.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research AI tools and technologies that can enhance customer support (e.g., AI chatbots, auto-replies, CRM integrations).
2. Identify ways to streamline internal workflows using automation (e.g., order tracking, responses, email tools).
3. Assist in setting up and testing small-scale AI applications or APIs.
4. Stay updated on emerging tech that can support our operations and share actionable recommendations.
5. Work closely with the founder/team to translate business needs into technical ideas.
