About the Internship
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Data entry & property valuation support:
1. Enter and manage property-related data in Excel and internal tools
2. Support senior valuers by preparing valuation report formats and spreadsheets
3. Ensure proper data entry for location, area, property type, ownership, and financial details
B. Excel spreadsheet management:
1. Maintain and organize master data sheets for different cities and valuation types
2. Use formulas, filters, and sorting to analyze data and generate clean reports
3. Create basic charts, summaries, and ready-to-print reports
C. Documentation & file organization:
1. Prepare drafts of valuation reports based on inputs from valuers
2. Maintain digital and printed documentation for each case
3. Label, rename, and store client documents and files systematically
D. Office coordination & communication:
1. Communicate with field valuers to collect missing data or updates
2. Assist in scanning, printing, and emailing reports/documents
3. Help schedule appointments or follow-ups with clients, if required
