About the Internship
We’re looking for a proactive, articulate, and dependable Personal Assistant to work directly with Maya Iyer, Founder of Mantis India, musician, mentor, and marketing consultant. This is a unique opportunity to understand the behind-the-scenes of a multi-faceted founder’s work — spanning marketing, content, music, and mentoring. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and can manage tasks without constant supervision.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Draft, edit, and manage professional emails and client communications
2. Coordinate meetings, calls, and manage Maya’s calendar and schedule
3. Assist in proposal preparation, business pitches, and follow-ups
4. Handle payments, invoices, and vendor coordination
5. Manage and post content across LinkedIn, Substack, Instagram, and Twitter/X
6. Research and reach out to potential clients and collaborators
7. Keep track of project timelines and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
