About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Corporate law practice: Assist in legal research and documentation related to corporate law matters. Contribute to the preparation of board meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions, MCA filings, XBRL assistance, ESOP planning, due diligence under Companies Act 2013, fund-raising compliances, other corporate compliances, etc.
2. Trademark registrations: Participate in the process of trademark registrations, from application to approval.
3. Entity registrations: Support in the registration of various forms of entities, including companies, LLPs, and partnerships.
4. FEMA compliance: Learn and actively participate in various FEMA compliances, particularly related to foreign exchange transactions.
5. Due diligence: Assist in conducting due diligence for clients, ensuring comprehensive legal assessments.
6. Merger and amalgamation support: Contribute to the legal aspects of merger and amalgamation processes, working closely with senior professionals.
7. Secretarial audits: Participate in secretarial audits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
