About the Internship
As a community engagement & operations intern, you will be on the front lines of our mission, turning our strategies into real-world results.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Relationship building: Identifying and initiating contact with key personnel in residential societies, including society management and operators of community amenities.
2. Event coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of small-scale, value-added health and wellness activities, such as targeted health talks, wellness workshops, and first-aid demos.
3. Program management: Helping to implement and manage on-the-ground programs that incentivize resident engagement and build a loyal user base.
4. Communication & outreach: Supporting the creation and distribution of localized communication materials to increase our clinic's visibility and presence.
5. Performance tracking: Collecting feedback and data on the success of various initiatives to help us measure impact and make data-driven decisions.
