About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Design Social Media Content
-Create engaging and visually compelling short-form content about the initiative.
-Experiment with creative storytelling formats to grow the online community.
-Track analytics and recommend improvements.
-Work with the team to design marketing materials such as bookmarks, posters, library cards, and digital assets.
-Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all touchpoints.
2. Community Engagement & Partnerships
-Identify and approach book clubs, cafés, libraries, and reading communities for collaborations.
-Assist in conceptualizing and supporting pop-ups, trails, and literary events.
-Coordinate outreach efforts to expand the initiative’s network and support initiative roll-out.
-Design social media collaterals using Canva/Adobe (posts, reels, stories, event posters).
-Draft and schedule posts for Instagram and other platforms.
-Brainstorm and execute small marketing campaigns to grow visibility.
-Research and reach out to potential café, library, and book-club partners including physical outreach.
-Support the design and refinement of offline collaterals (bookmarks, trail cards, posters).
-Coordinate with the team on ongoing projects, weekly check-ins, and field support for initiative rollout.
-Track engagement metrics and prepare brief progress updates.
