About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads and contact lists
2. Introduce Pearl Lemon’s services clearly and professionally
3. Identify decision-makers and understand basic business needs
4. Qualify prospects and assess interest level
5. Book meetings or pass qualified leads to the sales team
6. Maintain accurate call notes and updates in the CRM
7. Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets
8. Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
9. Handle objections politely and confidently
10. Maintain a positive and professional phone presence at all times
