About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Reach out to potential and existing users (artists) and clients for engagement, onboarding, and support.
2. Maintain and update user/client databases with accuracy.
3. Assist in scheduling calls, meetings, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
4. Collect, organize, and analyze feedback/data to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
5. Support the operations team in ensuring smooth communication between artists and clients.
6. Prepare presentation material or reports as required for stakeholders.
7. Contribute to process improvement ideas for client and user engagement.
