About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Act as a link between clients and the internal design/marketing team to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of work.
2. Understand client requirements and prepare clear briefs for the creative or design team.
3. Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams to make sure client requests, revisions, and feedback are implemented accurately.
4. Follow up on project timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted to clients on time.
5. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings or campaign updates.
6. Maintain records of client communication, feedback, and approval status for each project.
7. Help resolve client queries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
8. Ensure quality control by reviewing designs or materials before sending them to the client.
9. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas that improve client satisfaction and campaign performance.
