About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. School Onboarding
1. Initiate and manage the onboarding process for new schools.
2. Collect essential data from schools, including timetables and student information.
B. Logistics Management
1. Oversee the delivery and distribution of kits to schools and students.
2. Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
C. Educator Integration
1. Introduce assigned educators to school staff and students.
2. Conduct technical checks to ensure all required equipment and software are functioning properly.
D. Parent and Teacher Engagement
1. Organize and conduct parent-teacher meetings and orientations.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for queries from students, parents, educators, and schools.
E. Reporting and Feedback
1. Collect and compile weekly feedback from students and educators.
2. Gather and provide detailed reports from educators to schools and parents.
F. Documentation and Media Collection
1. Capture photos, videos, and testimonials from students, parents, and educators.
2. Maintain a centralized repository of media for promotional and reporting purposes.
G. Assessment Management
1. Collect and organize assessment papers efficiently.
2. Facilitate the assessment process and ensure the timely distribution of certificates.
