About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Contact leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
2. Clearly explain program details and resolve basic queries.
3. Manage communication and lead tracking inside Freshsales CRM and IVR.
4. Follow established onboarding workflows and schedule consultations.
5. Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status updates.
6. Ensure timely follow-ups and a high standard of client experience.
