About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Client Relationship Management:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and engagement.
* Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business objectives and challenges.
B. Needs Assessment & Solution Development:
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify client pain points and opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, technical support) to design and present customized solutions that address client needs.
* Demonstrate and articulate the value of our products/services to potential and existing clients.
C. Sales & Revenue Generation:
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
* Lead the entire sales cycle for new and returning clients, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
* Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
D. Problem-Solving & Support:
* Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating to internal teams when necessary.
* Provide expert guidance and support to clients on product usage and best practices.
* Ensure a seamless and positive client experience from onboarding through the entire customer journey.
E. * Market & Product Intelligence:
* Gather client feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscapes to position our solutions effectively.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
