About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Acquire customers for Demat and Trading Account and generate revenue through brokerage.
2. Manage relationships of an existing portfolio of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products such as mutual funds
3. Acquire new customers through active referrals from clients in existing portfolio and self-generated leads and thereafter adds these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell
4.Conduct regular Client Meetings & update the same in the meeting tracker
5.Be active in scouting leads, converting them into meetings to onboarding and finally converting them to sales.
6.Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
