About the Internship
Key Responsibilities:Design & Drafting: Assisting with the design and development of engineering projects, preparing drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software.
Site Work: Conducting site visits and inspections to gather data, monitor project progress, and ensure work aligns with plans.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing data for planning, zoning, and environmental assessments, and preparing technical reports, calculations, and specifications.
Project Coordination: Supporting project teams, communicating with stakeholders, and assisting with administrative duties.
Software Proficiency: Utilizing engineering software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D), engineering concepts, and data analysis.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Work Ethic: Positive attitude, self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Field Experience: Ability to traverse difficult terrain and perform physical tasks required on construction sites.
