About the Internship
As a city head, you'll work directly with the founding team and play a hands-on role in shaping the future of an FMCG startup. This is not just a desk job; it's a ground-up experience designed for go-getters. This role is a holistic mix of sales, marketing & great for anyone who aspires to build their career in FMCG, sales, and marketing.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand retailers and their choices and preferences, and also conduct a market survey
2. Understand and implement our distributor-led sales model, while building and streamlining the channel sales network in your city
3. Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and on-ground brand activations aligned with regional consumer behaviour
