About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Monitor & Update Progress:Track student updates daily via WhatsApp/Telegram, manage records on Google Sheets, and flag concerns promptly.
2. Motivate & Support Students:Send personalized encouragement, appreciate consistent efforts, and escalate issues when necessary.
3. Analyze Performance:Review Grand Test (GT) results, identify errors, and coordinate corrective actions in learning modules.
4. Collaborate with Team:Attend daily meetings, submit timely reports, join training sessions, and coordinate with the management team.
5. Guide Student Strategy:Understand students’ backgrounds, identify weak areas, help set mini-targets, and offer actionable guidance.
6. Onboard & Administer:Support new student onboarding, keep consent/data records updated, and monitor Telegram groups for active participation.
