About the Internship
Jarurat CARE Foundation is a leading NGO helping cancer patients. Our Amazon KDP wings acts as a strategic digital publishing hub, focused on creating and launching various educational resources and children's books via Amazon KDP. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Canva Designer Intern to help us craft beautiful visual content, from social media graphics to complete children's books. If you have a strong command of Canva and a love for playful, child-friendly aesthetics, this is the perfect opportunity to build your portfolio and grow your skills.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content Design: Create engaging visual content (posts, covers, infographics, posters) for all social media platforms using Canva.
2. Book Design: Conceptualize and design visually rich covers and interior pages for children's activity and storybooks.
3. Brand Guardianship: Uphold strict brand consistency across all visuals, ensuring correct use of colors, typography, and imagery.
4. Collaboration & Optimization: Partner with marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling designs; iterate based on feedback and performance data.
5. Asset Management: Organize and manage design files in shared folders, handle simultaneous projects, and ensure timely delivery.
6. Platform Adaptation: Expertly resize and adapt core designs to maximize visual impact and reach on specific platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
What You'll Bring (Requirements)
1. Advanced Canva Skills: Deep proficiency with Canva (Free/Pro), including brand kits and animations.
2. Core Design Expertise: Solid grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
3. High Standards: Meticulous attention to detail for pixel-perfect, innovative work.
4. Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet all deadlines.
5. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, preferably with Canva-based projects.
