About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Raise awareness on your campus about youth issues like addictions (porn, sugar, smoking, gaming, etc.) and mental health (stress, anxiety, overthinking) through simple conversations or creative content sharing.
2. Share our wellness content via WhatsApp groups, Instagram stories, or reels — just once or twice a week is enough.
3. Organize or support small initiatives, such as anonymous polls, poster drives, challenges, or casual group chats to spark conversations.
4. Help grow our Instagram presence by encouraging friends to follow @Punsatva and reposting valuable content.
5. Encourage peer engagement by getting friends involved in meaningful yet comfortable ways — even one-on-one chats make an impact.
6. Provide real feedback from your college community — what students are going through, struggling with, or want help with.
7. Optionally create 1 reel/testimonial per month (can be anonymous, voice-only, text-based, or face — whatever you're comfortable with).
8. Be a youth voice — help us understand the real-life mental and emotional struggles students face today.
