Location: Remote / Hybrid (Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam preferred)

💼 About the Role
As a Founder’s Associate Intern, you’ll be the right hand of the Founder-CEO — helping shape Noorva’s strategy, growth, and execution.
You’ll dive deep into business planning, research, investor pitching, and leadership, while also managing a growing team of interns and departments.
You’ll learn to think like a founder, act like a leader, and contribute like a strategist.

💡 Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Founder on business plan writing, pitch deck development, and fundraising materials.
Conduct market and industry research, competitor benchmarking, and growth opportunity analysis.
Assist in financial forecasting, revenue modeling, and business strategy documentation.
Coordinate and manage multiple interns across departments (marketing, UI/UX, research, R&D).
Support in drafting presentations, reports, and startup accelerator submissions (DPIIT, NASSCOM, etc.).
Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to keep Noorva’s vision aligned across the company.
Lead small projects from idea to execution — taking full ownership and accountability.

🧠 Who We’re Looking For
Students or recent graduates in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or related fields.
Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving and leadership mindset — able to manage people and projects efficiently.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and research documentation.
Passionate about startups, AI, design, innovation, and leadership.
Most importantly — someone who wants to grow into a founder-level thinker.
