1. Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential leads through calls, emails, and social platforms.
2. Support the sales team in pre-qualifying prospects and understanding customer requirements.
3. Maintain and update CRM/lead tracking sheets with accurate customer details and follow-up status.
4. Help in creating and sharing sales proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
5. Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and product demos to learn end-to-end sales processes.
6. Coordinate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and generate leads.
7. Conduct market research to understand competitors, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
8. Follow up with potential customers regularly to build relationships and nurture leads.
9. Work closely with the manager to achieve weekly and monthly lead generation / sales targets.
10. Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share progress updates with the team.
