About the Internship
A. Lead GenerationSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify potential clients through online research, social media, property portals, and networking.
2. Maintain and update the database of leads and prospects using CRM tools or Excel sheets.
B Client Outreach
1. Call, message, and email prospects to introduce our services and understand their requirements.
2. Follow up with interested clients regularly to nurture leads.
C. Client Meetings & Coordination
1. Assist in scheduling and coordinating site visits, virtual meetings, or phone consultations.
2. Join client meetings (physical or virtual) with the senior sales team to observe and support the sales process.
D Market Research
1. Track competitor activities, market trends, and new project launches in real estate.
2. Prepare summary reports to help the team make informed decisions.
E. Pitch Development
1. Help in creating customized pitch decks, brochures, and property presentations.
2. Draft initial proposals and assist with documentation.
F. Reporting & Follow-ups
1. Maintain daily activity logs and report progress to your assigned manager.
2. Follow up on past leads and update their status weekly.
G. CRM Management
1. Enter, update, and manage client data in CRM or spreadsheets.
2. Ensure follow-up reminders and sales funnel data are properly maintained.
