About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Making 20 outbound calls per day to potential customers from Indiamart account. 6 days a week.
2. Handle customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability.
3. Connect with our existing customers for follow-up orders, questions and feedback.
4. Maintain accurate day to day and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
5. Get customers to share their reviews in Indiamart.
6. Indiamart Bulk enquiries can come at any time of the day between 9am to 6pm. Once an enquiry comes in Indiamart through a notification, we need to immediately select the lead and send a message from Indiamart. It is most important, else the lead will not be available to us.
