About the Internship
Are you a dynamic, goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and business development? Rsquare Web Studio Private Limited is looking for a Business Development (Sales) Intern to join our team.This internship offers hands-on experience in sales strategy, lead generation, cold outreach, and client relationship building. You will also get the opportunity to work closely with our design and digital marketing teams, gaining a well-rounded understanding of how a creative digital agency grows its client base.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research and identify potential clients in international markets (US, UK, Canada)
2. Prospect and generate leads through LinkedIn, cold emailing, and cold calling
3. Assist in preparing outreach scripts, proposals, and follow-up communication
4. Maintain and update lead databases/CRM with accurate details
5. Support in building and managing client relationships during early interactions
6. Track outreach performance and prepare weekly reports
7. Communicate effectively in English (spoken & written) with prospects and clients
