2. Personalise messages slightly based on basic research.
3. Track responses, follow-ups, and status in our CRM.
4. Follow up like your life depends on it (second message = more replies).
5. Book qualified leads into our sales calendar.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to refine targeting and messaging.
