About the Internship
As a sales intern at Oyffa Technologies, your role will be to support our business development team in identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients for our software services (custom software, SaaS, mobile apps, web, and AI solutions).Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
A. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
1. Researching potential clients through LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, and business directories.
2. Building and maintaining a database of qualified leads.
B. Client Outreach & Engagement:
1. Assisting in drafting and sending cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and proposals.
2. Following up with leads to schedule meetings and demos.
C. Market Research:
1. Studying industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
2. Identifying sectors/startups that require software or AI solutions.
D. Sales Support:
1. Helping prepare pitch decks, presentations, and sales materials.
2. Joining client calls/meetings to observe and learn sales strategies.
E. CRM & Reporting:
1. Updating and maintaining lead status in CRM tools/spreadsheets.
2. Providing weekly progress reports on outreach and conversions.
F. Collaboration:
1. Working closely with the technical and marketing teams to align client requirements with solutions.
2. Sharing feedback from prospects to improve sales strategy.
