About the Internship
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate student intern to join our sales team. This role is crucial for our market expansion efforts in the United States. The primary responsibility will be making outbound cold and warm calls to US-based potential customers during their business hours (US working hours, translating to Indian night hours) to pitch our services and secure initial business meetings for our senior sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international sales, communication, and business development.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Outbound Calling: Execute high-volume outbound calls to a curated list of US-based business leads.
2. Service Pitching: Clearly and persuasively articulate the value proposition of our services to potential customers over the phone.
3. Lead Qualification: Understand the prospect's needs and determine if they are a viable fit for our services (lead qualification).
4. Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule product demos or follow-up meetings between qualified prospects and our senior sales/account executives.
5. CRM Management: Accurately log all call details, interactions, and follow-up activities in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
6. Script Feedback: Provide constructive feedback on call scripts and sales strategies to improve conversion rates.
