About the Internship
A. Role OverviewWe are looking for Business Development Interns who can represent Nerida Group’s Placement & Partnership Services to corporate organizations and SMEs.
Your goal will be to connect with companies, understand their hiring needs, and introduce them to our placement solutions.
B. Key Responsibilities
1. Research and identify potential organizations for partnership and placements.
2. Reach out to HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Founders via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
3. Pitch Nerida Group’s placement services confidently and ethically.
4. Maintain detailed outreach logs and client databases.
5. Follow up with warm leads and assist in closing initial partnerships.
6. Contribute ideas to improve outreach strategy and engagement.
C. What You’ll Gain

2. Hands-on experience in client communication and lead generation.

1. Students from BBA, MBA, Marketing, HR, or related disciplines.
2. Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
3. Comfortable in both English & Hindi.
4. Goal-driven and eager to learn professional selling and outreach.
