About the Internship
We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Intern to support our growth efforts and gain hands-on experience in the staffing industry.Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and qualify new leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, etc.)
· Reach out to potential clients to introduce our staffing services
· Schedule meetings and follow-ups with decision-makers
· Assist in developing proposals and client pitches.
Requirements:
· Bachelors/Master degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
· 3-12 months of experience in sales/business development role
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
· Basic understanding of sales or staffing is a plus
· Proficient in using tools like LinkedIn, Excel, and Google Workspace
· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
