About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Making Outreach Calls
1. Call 8–15 wedding planners, decorators, or event companies daily.
2. Introduce Kevin Lights and explain our lighting services clearly and confidently.
3. Maintain a professional and persuasive tone during all conversations.
B. Sending Follow-Up Messages
1. After calls, send professional follow-up messages or WhatsApp brochures to interested leads.
2. Keep communication polite, crisp, and service-oriented.
C. Lead Sheet Management
1. Update a daily Excel or Google Sheet tracker with: Name of the company contacted, Contact person, Number dialed, Response received, Follow-up status.
2. Maintain this data accurately and consistently.
D. Basic Market Research
1. Search online for new potential vendors or wedding planners in different cities.
2. Build a list of new prospects to call the next day.
E. Reporting to the CEO
1. Share an end-of-day brief:
2. No. of calls made
3. Leads generated
4. Follow-ups done
5. Any support needed
F. Optional Creative Support (If skilled in Canva or content writing)
1. Assist in creating basic pitch decks, WhatsApp service catalogs, or social media captions.
2. Help brainstorm new ways to position Kevin Lights to high-end clients.
