About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Creator acquisition & onboarding
1. Identify and shortlist potential social media creators (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) who fit Katalisia’s ideal user profile (Nano, Micro, Mid-tier influencers).
2. Initiate outreach through Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, email, and referrals.
3. Pitch Katalisia’s value proposition in a human-first, non-salesy manner to encourage platform sign-ups.
4. Guide creators through the sign-up and onboarding process, including connecting their YouTube account and setting up their profile.
5. Ensure new creators understand Katalisia’s analytics dashboard, monetization tools, and invite system.
B. Brand acquisition & campaign enablement
1. Research and approach brands (D2C, startups, agencies) with influencer marketing needs.
2. Pitch Katalisia’s AI-powered campaign creation and influencer shortlisting features.
3. Assist brands in setting up their first influencer ad campaign on Katalisia.
4. Provide product walkthroughs to brand marketing teams, explaining campaign creation, budget allocation, and tracking features.
C. Relationship management & engagement
1. Maintain regular contact with onboarded creators and brands to encourage active usage of the platform.
2. Support creators in responding to brand invites and applying for campaigns.
3. Follow up with brands to ensure campaign completion and collect feedback.
D. Performance tracking & reporting
1. Maintain records of outreach, sign-ups, and campaign launches.
2. Report weekly metrics such as the number of creators onboarded, brands onboarded, campaigns published, and active DAUs.
3. Share insights on conversion bottlenecks and suggest improvements for onboarding flows.
