Looking for a suitable candidate who wants to make his/ her career in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development in KPO/ Analytics industry. The person will be part of the Inside Sales team and will engage in lead generation activity to support Business Development Manager. The candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and have a dynamic personality.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. · Familiar with or quickly learning different lead generation methods.
2. · Help in managing and developing a database for lead generation.
3. · Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and other social media resources.
4. · Identify potential accounts and key decision-makers through research.
5. · Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
6. · Help Business Development Managers through qualified leads & opportunities for further development and closure.
7. · Develop new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
8. · Understand customer needs and requirements.
9. · Establish long-term relationships with key customers.
10. · Achieve monthly/ quarterly sales targets.
11. · Proven inside sales experience.
12. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
13. · Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
14. · Strong listening and presentation skills.
15. · Candidates should have good business acumen.
16. · Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
17. · Candidates with an Engineering degree will be preferred.
