About the Internship
Position OverviewThe Business Development (Sales) Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. This role involves strategic prospecting, effective communication, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients through market analysis, networking, and online platforms.
Generate qualified leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
Maintain an active pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition
Conduct presentations, product demos, and sales pitches to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in alignment with company policies.
3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
4. Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand business reach.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and generate demand.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and revenue forecasts.
Track lead conversions, client interactions, and sales progress
