About the Internship
The intern will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team by engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, and presenting basic project and product information. The primary goal is to assist in converting inquiries into serious prospects by delivering essential details, building interest, and coordinating further engagement steps.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call inbound and outbound leads shared by the marketing or sales team. Understand customer needs and qualify their interest based on project relevance and machine requirements.
2. Share basic information about company offerings, machinery solutions, and project benefits. Clearly communicate the scope of our services, pricing structures, and key selling points.
3. Send quotations and relevant documents to interested customers. Follow up via phone or email to clarify doubts and gauge customer interest and intent.
4. Coordinate with customers to invite them for factory visits and machine demonstrations. Ensure they receive the necessary assistance with planning the visit.
5. Update CRM or lead tracking sheets regularly with call outcomes, customer responses, and next action items. Share daily/weekly progress reports with the reporting manager.
