About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound sales calls to leads from different platforms
2. Explain Formsy’s services (GST, MSME, licenses, company registration, etc.) to potential clients.
3. Handle client queries, objections, and basic negotiations
4. Convert qualified leads into paid customers
5. Maintain regular follow-ups via calls/WhatsApp
6. Update lead status and maintain records in CRM/Google Sheets
7. Coordinate with the compliance/operations team for client onboarding
8. Share daily reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions with the leadership
Compensation (Performance-Based):
1. This internship includes performance-linked incentives.
2. Interns will earn 10–20% of the total profit margin they successfully generate.
3. The more conversions achieved, the higher the payout, with no upper limit.
4. Additional bonuses may be provided for exceptional performance if the candidate goes above and beyond.
