About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work closely with the core team to understand business strategies.
2. Identify and connect with potential leads and businesses.
3. Pitch DHC’s services confidently (Recruitment, Digital Marketing, Website Development, AI Bots).
4. Assist in closing sales deals and achieving monthly targets.
5. Maintain daily records of outreach and leads.
6. Performance-Based Stipend from the 2nd Month if targets are met.
7. Sales / Closure-Based Incentives throughout the internship.
8. Certificate of Internship from DigiHire Collective.
9. Opportunity for PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) based on performance.
10. Hands-on exposure to B2B sales, recruitment, and digital marketing ecosystems.

At DigiHire Collective (DHC), we recommend offering a monthly stipend of at least ₹10,000 - 15,000 (equivalent to 60% of the post-internship salary), based on the candidate's performance and productivity during the internship period We believe this approach not only motivates interns to deliver better results but also helps us attract serious and high-quality candidates who are genuinely looking to contribute and grow with the organization.
