About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to our range of publications.
2. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
3. Follow up with leads and prospects to schedule appointments or provide additional information.
4. Assist in preparing reports on call activity, sales performance, and customer feedback.
